Guilin - Dazhai by direct bus ?

Hi , as my hotel is close to Guilin Station is there a direct bus to Dazhai village from here or only at Guilin North and Guilin West Station ? Can one buy a bus ticket in advance (late May) or it's not possible 😞 ?
Do I need to buy a Longji Rice Terraces ticket in advance or can buy it when arrive in Dazhai ?
