About:China Visa on Arrival

Shenzhen Multiple VOAs?

I successfully received a VOA and spent 5 days in Shenzhen the first week in March. Am I eligible to apply for a second VOA now if I wish to return for another 5 days? (AKA - is there a limit to the number of VOAs someone is allowed within a given time frame?)

Formally, there is no limit, but it is enforced in reality. The experience presents that one VOA per month is a some kind of limit in this regard. It is also possible that the visa office authorities will grant two VOAs within a very short time frame, but after that they could ask you to wait for a couple of months for the third one. I am more than certain that you will be able to obtain one VOA in each of two consecutive months.
