Question

HelloI am citizen of Poland. I will be staying in Hong Kong and I would like to clarify if i am entitled to VOA in Hainan. I have found interesting flight tickets by Cathay Pacific for a 2 day stay in Haikou.Do i need to use any agency for that or simply buy a ticket and do all the paperworks on arrival?Thanks

No, Hainan VOA is not yet in a real use, but you can rely on Hainan 30 day visa free access. You should just have a return ticket and a hotel booking confirmation. This is all and you will be just kindly greeted and you will stay at Hainan island absolutely visa free. You should just have in mind that you are not allowed to proceed toward the rest of mainland China with this option and your flights to and from Hainan are not allowed to have any kind of landing within mainland China. You can fly from Hong Kong, of course.
