Hi, I am arriving at Jieyang Chaosan Airport in April around 9pm.  If I take a taxi to any Chaozhou hotel, is it fix fare or do I need to bargain?  Next, am I able to buy a mobile sim card at the airport as I would like to travel by Didi?Appreciate your help... Thank you so much!

You can ask the taxi driver to use the taximeter to avoid being scammed and ask for the receipt before getting off. As all I know, there is no shop for you to get a mobile sim card in the airport.
