General Transport card

Hello,
Can I buy a single Transport Card, which is valid for use on subways and buses, both in Shanghai and in Chonqing?
Or do I have to buy separate transport cards for each city?

You can buy one card marked with T-Union at the offline service center, then you can also use the card in Shanghai.
