Zhenjianguan- jiuzhaigou Bus

Hi, I tried booking a bus ticket from Zhenjianguan to Jiuzhaigou on Laikeyun WeChat, but it requires a Chinese ID which I don't have. I noticed that tickets for the next few days are sold out. Do you think there's a chance of getting spare tickets on-site? Alternatively, do you know the cost of renting a car or taking a taxi there?
