About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit in Guangdong

144 hour transit from Futian or Luohu port?

I have an Italian passport and would like to cross the border in Futian from Hong Kong and then fly back to Europe out of Guangzhou. I did it 5 years ago in Luoho. Is it still possible from either Futian or Luoho? Futian would be preferred but Luoho would also do of course.

Dario, since you are Italian citizen, you can cross any border crossing because Italian citizens do not need any kind of visa to enter China for stays of up to 15 days and you do not need to bother yourself with any of these visa free transit details. In other words, I would suggest you to take a direct high speed train from Hong Kong, West Kowloon station to Guangzhou.

If you plan to stay for some time in Shenzhen, then you will take a train from West Kowloon to Futian, of course.
