Getting on an earlier train

If you book a ticket for a train from West Kowloon station to Guangzhou, but arrive earlier at the station, can change to an earlier train (assuming there's seat availability).

Yes, you can endorse the ticket at the ticket center. But it requires a certain amount of service fee.

The service fee charged by the authority is 15% of the ticket fare, if you change the ticket within 24 hours before departure; and 5% 24-48 hours before departure.
