Transportation options/costs from Jinshanling to Simatai

Hello I'm planning to visit Simatai for the sunset viewing next week and stay the night at Gubei Water Town. Having checked the information on your sites, I was wondering if I go to Jinshanling from Beijing with the first option in the morning lets say depart 7am. Is there a way to transfer from Jinshanling on the same day in the afternoon to Simatai? How would I transfer, bus, train and how much would it cost? Thank you very much
