Foreigners, senior citizen entry fees

I m a foreigner, 61 years old. Do I need to pay the entry/package fees to the temple of heaven?

Since you are over 60 years old, you don't need to pay the ticket fee, but get a free ticket with your passport. But please know that the tickets may be sold out when you are there at the ticket office, so it's advised to make a reservation in advance, from its official wechat account.
