About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Enter Zhuhai from Macau, then same day train to Guangzhou Airport to fly to UK

USA PASSPORT. Can I receive TWOV at Zhuhai land border to then travel direct to Guangzhou airport to fly to London?
