Hi:What type of Visa do I need for medical surgery in China, I am from Charlotte, NC (USA), I will go to China from the 25th of this month for two weeks (short-term Stay) only. I have an Invitation letter from the doctor for my wife and I, she is my caretaker. Where and how do I apply? Is there is a website?

Generally, you can apply for F visa in the Chinese Embassy in Washington D.C. Generally, you need to fill in the visa application form and Where You Stay Form and then walk in to the embassy to apply for it directly.
