Entrance tickets to jiuzhaigou and huanglong

Where can foreign tourist buy entrance tickets to jiuzhaigou and huanglong? Is it easy to get a taxi from Zhenjiangguan station to Huanglong and from Huanglong to jiuzhaigou? How much is the fares?

You have to hire a car as taxis may not be available because of too long distances. It generally costs CNY 600-800 per day.
