For the 144 hours visa, can I travel from Kunming to Lijiang, Dali, cities places outside of Kunming within the 144-hour VISA period?

No, unfortunately, this is not possible. The use of 144 hour visa free transit is limited to just Kunming city limits. A visit to the places you have mentioned requires a Chinese tourist visa obtained in advance.
