question free visa transit

Hello, I am a Belgian national. I will fly from Paris to Guangzhou (China) at 11:00 am on January 27, 2024, and arrive in Guangzhou, China at 6:55 am on January 28, 2024. I plan to stay in Guangzhou until the next day, January 29, 2024, as I have a flight to Vietnam at 11:30. Can I stay at the airport for+-25 hours? Alternatively, am I eligible for a 72 hour visa free visa as I stayed in Guangzhou for approximately 25 hours before flying to Vietnam (Hanoi).
