Hi, Is it possible a transfer to Fuzhou? Are in the 24 hours free transit area?

You should use Fuzhou only if your entire journey is on Xiamen Airlines. If you have any other airline, you are strongly advised not to use Fuzhou. Xiamen Airlines staff, both at check-in outside of China and those when you arrive in Fuzhou are well versed in handling passengers traveling on 24 hour visa free transit, so it is perfectly fine if you travel with them.
