There are trains from Changsha to Shangrao, and you can then take a bus from Shangrao Station to Wangxian Valley. Generally, you can stay 2-4 days.

I just went there today. there is a bus. there's no train and if you search on Baidu you won't find the bus. instead you have to go to the first floor of shengrao station. there you will find a bus station with QR codes for wangxian valley. you can't buy the tickets with your phone unless you have an Id card, though. Here's what you have to do. you need to go into the waiting area for the bus station (first floor of the train station) and you need to go to the gate leading to the busses and tell the employees behind the window at the exit gate that you want to go to wangxian valley. they will buy the ticket for you and ask you to pay them back using wechat. then they'll open the gate for you and let you on?the bus. it's at least an hour drive. P.S. GET THERE LATE. wangxian is meant to be seen at night, there's nothing to during the day. best time to arrive is an hour before sundown. you need to buy a ticket to enter (it's 100yuan and definitely worth it) but you can't use the same ticket twice.
