Travel from Baiyun Airport to Hotel at Yuexiu district

Hi i would be arriving at Guangzhou Baiyun airport at 8 am. Is there a airport shuttle to Guangzhou Royal River Waifiden apartment hotel at 38 Nandi Erma Rd Yuexi District ? If no , please advise best way to get to the hotel.
if i take the metro line 3 change to blue line 2 .. is it workable travelling with luggages during the morning office hours ?
