About:8 Tips for Filling Out Chinese Visa Application Form

In the visa application it asks for children.

My children are grown adults and have their own families, do they still need to be added to the visa application if they need to be added what surname would I put down for my daughter as she is now married.

Yes, just fill them in truthfully, and write down the surname they're using now.
