Can I stay at Zhuhai for 2 nights but plan to go to Macau back and forward?

You should be very careful because if you try to enter Zhuhai, the authorities will use your single entry visa and you will not be granted 3 days Zhuhai visa on arrival because the rules simply state that you cannot have two concurrent visa in your passport. You are advised to use this single entry visa for your real visit to mainland China and just after that to apply for 3 days Zhuhai visa on arrival when you reach Macau from your mainland Chinese visit.
