You need to take Metro Line 19 from the airport to Wensan Road Station and then transfer to Metro Line 10 to Hemu Station. After that, take to Metro Line 5 to the Grand Canal Station. Get out of the Exit B and walk north about 1.2 km to the hotel. It takes about 1.5 hours and costs CNY 8.
