About:China Visa Application in UK

How do I submit visa application by post?

I have been advised that, having visited China before, I can submit my visa application by post instead of visiting the centre. Is £151 the correct fee and how can I pay? Would a cheque be acceptable? I have tried ringing the Manchester centre but can't get through and have sent an email but have not received a reply as yet.

Generally, you can receive your visa by post but I'm not sure if it can be submitted by post. The fee is correct.
