Am I able to visit the Great Wall at either Badaling or Mutianyu while in Beijing during the 144-hour visa-free transit?

Can you please confirm that my scenario will be suitable for the 144-hour visa-free transit in Beijing? As a UK citizen I will be travelling on a British passport from Auckland, New Zealand to Beijing, stay in Beijing for 78.5 hours, and then fly from Beijing to London, UK.
