What is the best transport from Langzhong to Jiuzhaigou ? And from Huanglong to Dujiangyan?

At present, the train is not available between Langzhong and Jiuzhaigou and the best way is taking a bus from Langzhou to Jiuzhaigou. According to the news in July, the direct bus departs from Langzhong Bus Station at 10:00 am on even number days. It costs about CNY 150 per person. However, I'm not sure if it is still available now.
From Huanglong to Dujiangyan, you need to take bus from Huawnglong to Songpan first and then transfer to Dujiangyan. The bus from Songpan to Dujiangyan departs at 7:20 every day and it costs CNY 97 per ticket.0
