About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit in Guangdong

Info transfer Guangzhou Airport to Rome

I have an Italian passport and I am leaving from Phuket airport to Guangzhou on November 19th and I will have a Connection Flight from Guangzhou airport to Rome Fiumicino FCO (Italy) on November 21st.

Can I use Visa-Free Transit?

Can I do it directly at Guangzhou airport when I arrive?
