Chinese visa application for french people

Hi,

I am french an I plan to travel from France to Japan by bike.
I will come to Georgia as a tourist.
Will I be allowed to apply for a China Visa from Georgia ?

Generally, it is hard to get one visa from the third country as the rejection rate would be a little high. You can also have a try, good luck!
