24 HOURS TWOV

I have a flight from tokyo to Athens via PEK airport with China airlines..i have 14 hours layover and i would like to visit the Forbidden city in Beijing .i have greek passport.please tell me how much it will cost me in euro the 24 hours TWOV visa.thank you very much.
