About:Hainan 30-Day Visa-Free Access

A group of 12 of us intends to join a escorted tour from HKG to Hainan & return to HKG

A group of 12 of us intends to join a fully escorted tour from HongKong to Hainan and return to HongKong
when the tour ended. Do we need to apply Chinese Visa or not?

If your flight is direct from HK to Hainan without any stops in mainland, then you can visit visa-free.

For the return trip to HK, no visa is needed if you fly directly to HK without any stops in the mainland.
