Looking to do a self tour from Hong Kong to Zhuhai to visit the theme parks there

My partner and myself both have Australian passport so wanted to know if VOA is possible for us? Only looking to visit the theme parks for 3 days. Taking self packages and not travel tours from Hong Kong, as we are arranging our own transport there.
