About:Chinese Clay Figurine Museum

I am from Vietnam originally and have a Vietnamese passport, but now live in the UK and have a UK residence permit. I want to travel from London to Tokyo, with a less than 24 hour changeover flight in Beijing. Will I be allowed to have the 24 hour Visa-Free Transit when in Beijing airport?
