How to travel from Chengdu tianfu airport to Leshan Buddha

My flight arrive Chengdu Tianfu airport around 2 am. and i want to go to Leshan Buddha in the morning.
1. How can i go there from airport to Leshan?
2. Is metro open 24 hours?
3. Are there any luggage storage at Leshan station?

1. There are two ways. First, you can take a direct bus from the airport to Leshan. However, the earliest bus departs at 11:30 and it takes about 2.5 hours to get.

The second way is to go to Chengdu East Railway Station to take a bullet train and the earliest one departs at around 6:00 and it takes about 1 hour.

From the airport to the railway station, you can take the airport bus line 1, which is operated for 24 hours with an interval of 30 minutes. You can also take Metro Line 18 and then interchange to Metro Line 7. However, the earliest departure of metro is from 6:03.

2. No, the metro is not operated for 24 hours, it operates generally from 6:00 to 23:50.

3. Yes, you can store the luggage at the station. The Tourist Reception Center next to the left side of Leshan Station is available to store the luggage and it charges CNY10/ pc.
