I'm a foreigner residing in Taiwan, can I apply China Visa in HK or Macao

I'm an Alien Resident Certificate holder living in Taiwan. Can I apply Business Visa in Hong Kong or Macao? What documents should I bring? How long does it take? Any express visa options?

You'd better go to HK; there is a China visa application service centre there. For business visa, you need to submit application form, passport, invitation letter from your Chinese business partner and Alien REsident Certificate in Taiwan. You need to fill in the application form online and make an appointment online before going.
