Invitation letter

If I have an invitation letter for an L visa, do I also need to submit airplane tickets? Also do I have to pay the visa fee again if i fix an issue with my application and re-submit? What happens if I buy plane tickets and then my visa gets rejected?

1. Generally, you don't need to prepare plane tickets unless the visa service center requires it.

2. If you re-apply for a visa, you need to pay the fee again.

3. Since you have an invitation letter, you may don't need it or you can just provide a flight reservation form without payment.
