Should I resign now?

Hi I was born at Sept 3 1996 between 5-6 pm. I would like to know if can I resign this year or on upcoming months. My current work is being toxic due to our head dept but the my workmates and officers are good, they are fun to be with. I just promoted last month July. Should I resign due to work anxiety or should I stay. I'm at my 4th year in the company
