No QR code for booking

Hello,

I have ordered tickets to the Temple Heaven in China for next month. I uploaded my passport and it said use the QR code. However, I have received no QR code. My booking reference is K230707006

Hello Ellies, the tickets now are released 7 days before. We found that the date you booked is August 8th. So you will receive the QR code at August 2nd. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
