If I go without tour agent will they overcharge? And what is the MOQ required?

Guangzhou Hongmian International Clothes City and Huimei International Clothes Market are recommended.

It's very possible they overcharge and it's advised to hire a local agent, not a tour agent, but an agent specializing in selecting and buying staff for their customers. There is no limit on MOQ. People even buy one picec for personal use.
