Chinese baby being born in the Philippines

Hello, my baby's father is chinese but now im here in Philippines to give birth to my baby. Anyways me and my baby's father is not married yet, and he's in china now, what can we do for us to go to china? Do we need to marry here in Philippines or i can go to china with my baby to visit her father? What are the requirements we need to prepare? Thanks
