About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Philippine passport

Im transiting from HK-Beijing-Russia. My babysitter is Filipino , can she travel through China without visa: or apply China visa on arrival?

If the transit time is less than 24 hours, it is okay to travel without a China visa. If the time is over 24 hours, a China visa is must. No China visa on arrival is available and it requires to apply for in advance.
