health declaration form

Hi,
Im flying to Sydney via Guangzhou and have a 4hour layover. I have done a self antigen test and have a certificate for its negative result, do I need to fill out a health declaration form?

I'm not very sure. FYI, I submitted the form before entering China at: htdecl.chinaport.gov.cn/htdeclweb/home/pages/index/index.html
