About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Transit in China

My flight: Moscow SVO - Beijing Daxing (2h35') Baiyun T2 (9h55') - Hanoi Viet Nam.
I am Vietnamese. So can i have 24 hours visa free transit when i come to Beijing? I dont have check in baggage in my flight. Wait your answer!

Yes, your itinerary is eligible for 24 hour visa free transit and you do not need any kind of visa. Your total transit time is less than 24 hours long and that makes you eligible for this visa free transit scheme.

When you land in Beijing, you will have to be quite fast. The first detail is that you will immediately look for 24/144 hour visa free transit counter where you will get a temporary entry permit because your flight for Guangzhou will be a domestic one. This permit is for free and you will just run to catch your connecting flight, but before that you will cross immigration and enter China

Upon arrival in Guangzhou, you do not have to immediately cross the immigration, but you can, if you want, take a metro to the center of the city, explore it for a while and then return to the airport for your flight to Hanoi.

Thank you for supporting. I have one more question about this visa. I will have flight return to Moscow from HaNoi VietNam in 11/08/2023. I will have 18 hours transit in Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport. I have to check in to take my check in baggage. So can i have 24 hours free visa in this airport in China ?

Yes, you can as long as your total transit time is less than 24 hours.

i researched this visa before coming to ask you, they said that in some airports i can't get 24 hours visa including shenzhen. so I was quite worried, I only transited for about 18 hours, then left the Chinese territory, however I need to enter the country to be able to collect my checked baggage, my checked baggage is not sent directly to moscow.
