Student visa

If I leave china and apply with new passport and new number on student visa. will my previous passport history will be available in visa office or any record in the country ?

I guess yes, and it will be recorded by the visa office.
BTW, when you fill in the application form, there is a section requiring your application history. So even if the visa office doesn't have your previous record, they will know it from your application form.
