About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

London-Shanghai (5 hours transit in airport)-Tokyo.

I am traveling from London to Shanghai to Tokyo and will be spending 5 hours in Shanghai before my flight. I will be staying in the airport and hold a dual nationality: Dutch & Tunisian. Do I need to apply for any visa? Thank you

No, you don't. You transit is definitely covered by 24 hour visa free transit regardless of what passport you will use.
