Buy 24k gold necklace of 40 grams

Hi, I am in China for a business trip for a month. I wish to buy a 24k gold necklace of 38 grams and take it back with me to Germany. Do I have to worry about any custom regulations? The necklace is purely for personal use. i will be flying out of China from Beijing International airport. Please suggest.
