About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Russian sitizen, 2 stopovers in China

Could you help me please? I am Russian.
My flight is Bali - guangzhou ( 3 hours stop over) next flight to harbin. These two flights are operated by China Southern.
And last flight from Harbin to Russia. Departure from Harbin starts earlier than 24 hours. It will work? There is an information that Guangzou can’t be the first stopover.

Guangzhou can be the first stopover. There is no problem about it at all.

All you have to count is the following:

Your entire time from your scheduled landing time in Guangzhou, until your scheduled departure time from Harbin has to be exactly or shorter than 24 hours. So, if your entire transit time is 23 hours and 55 minutes, you are perfectly fine, but if your total transit time is 24 hours and 1 minute, you need a transit visa.

I can see that you have written that your departure flight from Harbin departs earlier than 24 hours and if you have calculated the entire transit time in the way as I have describer, you will be eligible for 24 hour visa free transit and you do not need any kind of visa.

I advise you to slowly and carefully calculate your entire transit time and then you will see if you are or not eligible for this 24 visa free transit scheme.
