About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

24 Hour Visa

Travelling Hanoi-Shenzhen-London, do we know for definite if the 24 hour TWOV is available at Shenzhen airport? This website says it’s not one of the excluded airports, however when googling, other sites say it’s not available at Bao’an Airport. If not available would I then have to get the 5 day Shenzhen visa to transit through? Thanks in advance.

It is good to see that you are checking the facts... Indeed, Shenzhen Bao’an Airport used to be ineligible for 24 hour TWOV, but just until 2019 or so when this option became available. In other words, old information continue to be spread among several websites, but the truth is that this airport, at the time being, is perfectly eligible for this option without any doubt.
