About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

24-Hour TWOV

Singapore passport, would like to enter Guangzhou via Hong Kong without Chinese visa and flying to Singapore after the business trip. May I know if the entry permit?

Hong Kong -> GuangZhou -> Singapore

Yes, you can do that, but under the condition that your segment Hong Kong - Guangzhou is done by plane. Also, if you do do this by plane, you are allowed to stay for up to 144 hour visa free transit in the entire Guangdong province. So, just keep this detail in mind... Your Hong Kong - Guangzhou segment has to be done by plane.
