Travel to Fuzhou from Singapore

Lynn, you cannot do that for several reasons:

1. There is no VOA in Fuzhou
2. None of the VOAs have 12 days duration

So, you can fly directly from some third country to Xiamen and apply there fo 5 days Xiamen VOA, but you should be aware that the area you are allowed to travel is limited by Xiamen administrative boundaries. In other words, you cannot travel from Xiamen to Fuzhou based on Xiamen VOA.

Also, after 5 days, you have to leave Xiamen by a flight that will take you directly to a third country and not through some other mainland Chinese airport.

In order to visit and stay in Fuzhou, you are advised to obtain a tourist visa in advance.
