China q2 multi entry 10 year visa for US citizens

Sir, my wife has given up her chinese citizenship (Hukuo) and her father lives in Shanggai. Within China she can apply for a Q1 Visa for 5 years and for me only 3 years. We have been told if IS citizens there is a 10 year multi entry visa available. Can you confirm this and if you may assist in this matter. Thank you

You two are eligible for the 10-year China visas and the applying process is just similar to your previous ones. You may give it a try before your current ones expire.
