About:China Visa on Arrival

Visa on arrival from Hong Kong for Indonesia citizen

Hello! I'm Indonesian passport, a trip to Hong Kong is being planned by me, for June 22, 2023. Can I visit Shenzhen on vacation with a visa on arrival? What are the circumstances? And what is the price? Thank you

I have Chinese visa on my old passport in 2010; my wife doesn't have a Chinese visa yet; can she enter Shenzhen with me with VOA?

Indonesian citizens having a proof of possession of old Chinese visa are definitely eligible for Shenzhen VOA. In other words, bring your your old passport with old Chinese visa inside and you will be granted a Shenzhen VOA. Recent feedback speaks in favor that Indonesian citizens without old Chinese visa are eligible for a Shenzhen visa too, but this is something I cannot confirm right now. In my opinion, your wife will be granted a Shenzhen visa based on the pssession of your old Chinese visa. Your chances are really very good.
