transit visa free

Question

I eneter to shanghai with transit visa free 144 hourt and must to flight exit from Guangzhou, did have any penalty’s from immigration and what cost coming ?

I doubt whether you can travel from Shanghai to Guangzhou successfully. Anyway, there must be some punishments if you do that, although I'm not clear what it is. In my opinion, penalty is not a big deal. If they put you in the black list, it will then be, which will influence for future entry into China.
